About the Role

RL Consumer Services Private Limited is looking for a Technician Helper to support our pest control service team in delivering safe, professional, and high-quality pest management services at customer sites.

The selected candidate will assist technicians in pest inspection, treatment preparation, equipment handling, application support, site housekeeping, documentation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Pest Control Technicians during service visits at residential, commercial, industrial, and food-related sites.

• Support the technician in identifying and diagnosing common pest problems such as cockroaches, rodents, termites, flies, mosquitoes, bed bugs, and other pests.

• Assist in preparation and safe handling of pest control equipment, chemicals, traps, bait stations, PPE, and other service materials.

• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and treatment procedures at all times.

• Help with spraying, gel application, baiting, trapping, drilling, monitoring, and other pest-control activities as instructed by the technician.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the service area after treatment.

• Assist in taking required site photographs, treatment videos, service records, and job-card updates.

• Communicate politely with customers and explain basic service-related information when required.

• Report site observations, pest activity, customer concerns, and any safety issues to the senior technician.

• Maintain and properly store company tools, equipment, chemicals, and PPE.

• Support timely completion of assigned service jobs and maintain service quality standards.

• Be willing to travel to different customer locations as per the daily service schedule.

• Attend company training programs and improve knowledge of pest-control techniques and safety practices.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th / 10th Pass preferred.

• Freshers are welcome; 0–6+ years of relevant experience may be considered.

• Physically fit and comfortable working at different customer locations.

• Willingness to learn pest-control techniques and follow instructions.

• Good communication and basic customer-handling skills.

• Ability to work as part of a team and complete assigned tasks responsibly.

• Must follow health, safety, PPE, and chemical-handling guidelines.

• Basic smartphone knowledge for photographs, videos, and service updates is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
