Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Production Technician to support EV battery manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for battery cell/module/pack assembly, machine operation, quality inspection, testing, and maintaining safety standards in a high-volume production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate battery manufacturing and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.

• Assemble lithium-ion battery modules and battery packs as per SOPs and work instructions.

• Perform spot welding, cell stacking, BMS wiring, and battery testing.

• Monitor production parameters and maintain production records.

• Conduct quality inspections and identify defects or abnormalities.

• Troubleshoot minor machine and process issues.

• Follow 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and safety procedures.

• Ensure proper handling of lithium-ion cells and hazardous materials.

• Support preventive maintenance and equipment cleaning activities.

• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams for process improvements.

• Maintain daily production targets and minimize rejection rates.
