We are hiring a Solar Site Supervisor to manage on-site solar panel installations. The candidate will supervise labour teams and ensure proper and timely execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

Supervise solar panel installation at site
Ensure proper structure, wiring, and safety standards
Coordinate with labour and vendor teams
Report daily progress to management
Handle basic troubleshooting during installation

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in electrical or solar field work
Basic understanding of solar systems preferred
Ability to manage labour teams
Willingness to travel to different sites

Preference will be given to candidates with prior solar installation experience.
