Supervise day-to-day technical operations and maintenance activities at client sites.
Monitor the functioning and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, pumps, and other technical equipment, as applicable.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Allocate duties to technicians and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify technical issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, equipment inspections, and material consumption.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and the operations team to resolve technical issues.
Ensure the availability and proper utilization of tools, equipment, and maintenance materials.
Handle emergency breakdowns and take corrective action to minimize downtime.
Ensure technicians follow company policies, client requirements, and safety procedures.
