About the Company

Viaan Water Science Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian manufacturer of hydrogen water ionizers and water purification solutions for residential, corporate, commercial, and institutional customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Install and commission hydrogen water ionizers and water purification systems at customer locations.

• Perform regular servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machines.

• Diagnose technical issues and replace filters and other components when required.

• Conduct product demonstrations for customers and explain basic product operations.

• Visit residential, corporate, hospital, gym, and commercial customer locations for installation and service.

• Maintain service reports, installation records, and customer feedback.

• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Travel to customer locations within Bengaluru and nearby areas as required.

Eligibility Criteria

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical field preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Basic knowledge of electrical equipment, plumbing, RO systems, or water purifiers is an advantage.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
