Job Opening: Technical Advisor (Automobile)

We are hiring knowledgeable and detail-oriented Technical Advisors to support service operations by providing technical expertise, assisting in vehicle diagnostics, and ensuring clear communication between customers and the service team.

Education Qualification:

• Graduation mandatory (Automobile / Mechanical preferred)

• Strong technical understanding and communication skills

Job Description:

The Technical Advisor will act as a technical support point for the service team, assisting in accurate vehicle inspection, diagnosis, and explaining technical issues and repair recommendations to customers in a clear and professional manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to service advisors and technicians

• Assist in vehicle inspection, diagnosis, and troubleshooting

• Identify root causes of technical issues and suggest repair solutions

• Explain technical problems, repair work, and estimates to customers

• Support service team in resolving complex or repeat issues

• Ensure repair quality as per company and OEM standards

• Coordinate with workshop staff for timely job completion

• Maintain proper technical documentation and reports

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics

• Ability to explain technical details in a customer-friendly manner

• Good coordination and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer and DMS knowledge preferred
