Roles & Responsibilities

• Designed brochures, posters, and promotional materials for seminars and institutional

events.

• Recorded seminars, events, and academic sessions for documentation and digital use.

• Configured and prepared ITT and Advanced ITT systems to ensure smooth operation

before each batch.

• Coordinated with faculty members and provided end-to-end technical support during

sessions.

• Maintained the ITT Lab and managed networking infrastructure within the institute.

• Managed internet connectivity, including configuration and troubleshooting of ACT and

Airtel networks.

• Processed and converted event recordings (MTS format) for publishing on YouTube.

• Performed regular backups of event recordings and institutional programs (both internal

and external).

• Maintained system backups using FTP servers and ensured secure storage on the main

server.

• Installed, monitored, and maintained CCTV systems (CPPLUS, Hikvision).

• Managed biometric attendance systems and performed regular data backups using ESSL

software.

• Provided on-site technical support across Bengaluru branches as required.

• Addressed and resolved technical queries from students, members, and staff.

• Conducted ITT Module 1, Module 2, and facilitated online assessments.

• Delivered technical support for events conducted both within and outside the institute.

• Managed backups for ITT and Advanced ITT sessions across multiple branches.

• Scheduled student and member events on the institute’s official website.

• Created and managed Zoom meeting links for Managing Committee (MC) meetings.

• Troubleshot hardware and software issues across labs, classrooms, and office systems.
