Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Train and guide technical staff for efficient performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work reports.
Ensure all work is completed within the given timeline and quality standards.
Handle emergency technical situations and provide immediate solutions.
