Job Summary

Building Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a supervisor with hands-on experience in the aluminum fenestration industry. The role involves supervising fabrication, installation, and site activities for aluminum windows, doors, and façade systems, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day fabrication and site installation activities for aluminum windows, doors, and façade works

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for smooth execution of work

• Monitor work progress as per drawings, measurements, and approved specifications

• Ensure proper installation of aluminum profiles, glass, hardware.

• Guide and allocate work to technicians, fabricators, and installers

• Ensure quality standards, workmanship, and finishing as per company guidelines

• Check material availability and coordinate with stores/back office for required materials

• Maintain daily work progress reports and submit updates to senior management

• Ensure compliance with safety norms at fabrication unit and project sites

• Resolve site-level issues related to installation, material, or manpower

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in aluminum fenestration industry

• Good knowledge of aluminum window & door systems, curtain wall, and façade works

• Ability to read and understand drawings and measurements

• Knowledge of installation methods, hardware, glass fixing, and sealing

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills

• Basic documentation and reporting skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in site supervision for aluminum projects

• Familiarity with quality checks and finishing standards

• Ability to handle multiple sites and meet project deadlines

• Proactive, responsible, and problem-solving attitude
