Key Responsibilities
Conduct Training: Deliver classroom lectures and hands-on practical sessions on solar panel mounting, DC/AC wiring, inverters, batteries, and earthing.
Teach Site Assessment: Train students on evaluating installation sites, shadow analysis, and arranging necessary materials safely.
Develop Curriculum: Create lesson plans, training modules, course content, and internal assessments.
Student Success: Track student performance, manage classroom attendance, conduct soft skills/behavioral training, and coordinate with placement teams.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce industry safety standards, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and adherence to electrical codes.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
Certifications: Master Trainer certification for Solar PV Installer (such as Surya Mitra) or equivalent credentials from recognized skill councils.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, testing equipment, basic electrical wiring, and troubleshooting.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities to engage learners effectively.
