SERVICE ENGINEER

Diploma/B.Tech

More than 5 years experience in C-Arm, DR, X-Ray Machines in a reputed company.

• Installation & Commissioning: Install, calibrate, and demonstrate X-Ray, C-Arm, DR Systems at customer sites, including Govt hospitals and private labs,
• Breakdown Support: Attend service calls, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure minimum downtime
• Preventive Maintenance: Schedule and execute PM visits as per AMC/CMC contracts and maintain service logs
• Customer Training: Train end-users, lab technicians, and doctors on equipment operation, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Documentation: Prepare installation reports, service reports, PM checklists, and update CRM/service portal after each visit
• Spare Parts: Diagnose faults, raise spare requisitions, and manage part replacement under warranty/AMC
• Compliance: Follow NABL, CDSCO, BIS, AERB, ISO

Troubleshooting: Strong fault-finding skills in X-Ray and C-Arm Machines and software
Communication: Clear customer handling skills for explaining issues to non-technical staff and writing service reports
Other: Willing to travel extensively across West Bengal and other states when required.
