Service engineer

We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team at Omega Tech Solutions to handle lighting and electrical installation, maintenance, and service activities for corporate offices and industrial customers. The role involves electrical wiring, lighting installation, troubleshooting, service ticket handling, and coordinating site activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹24,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain lighting and electrical systems at customer sites.

• Handle electrical wiring, construction wiring, and lighting installation works.

• Diagnose electrical issues and perform troubleshooting activities.

• Attend and resolve service tickets and customer complaints on time.

• Read electrical drawings and coordinate with team members for site execution.

• Prepare basic service reports and follow safety procedures during work.

• Coordinate tasks efficiently to ensure quality and timely completion of work.

• Stay updated with new lighting and electrical technologies.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is ITI / Diploma in Electrical with 1 - 3 years of experience in electrical or lighting-related works. Applicants should have basic troubleshooting skills, good communication abilities, and willingness to travel to customer locations. Knowledge of electrical safety practices and basic MS Office skills will be an added advantage.
