We are hiring for the position of Field Service Engineer for our client.

Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Experience: Fresher to 3 Years

Location: Across South India

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled Field Service Engineers to handle installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of tinting machines and industrial machinery. Candidates should have basic technical knowledge, good problem-solving skills, and a willingness to travel for customer support activities. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and commissioning of machines at customer locations
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions
• Ensuring SLA and TAT compliance for assigned service requests
• Maintaining service reports and documentation
• Coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution and customer support

Mandatory Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Computers, or related fields
• Fresher to 3 years of experience in field service, machinery servicing, or maintenance
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, MS Word, and MS Excel
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language
• Willingness to travel and work in field operations
• Age: 20 to 30 Years
