Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Customer Support Engineer to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of Canon photocopier machines at client locations. The candidate will ensure timely service support, maintain high customer satisfaction, and minimize machine downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure Canon photocopier / multifunction machines at customer sites
Diagnose and repair technical issues in photocopier machines
Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing
Attend service calls and resolve complaints within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time)
Replace faulty parts and ensure the proper functioning of machines
Provide basic operational training to customers
Maintain service reports and update job status regularly
Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and escalations
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional behavior and timely service
Qualifications:
Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or related field
Experience in Canon / Xerox / Ricoh / Kyocera machines preferred
Freshers with technical knowledge can also apply
Experience:
1–3 years (Field service experience preferred)
Other Requirements:
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
Willingness to travel within assigned area
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting
