We are looking for a customer-focused and technically oriented Service Advisor to manage customer interactions at the service centre, understand vehicle concerns, coordinate with technicians, and ensure timely and quality delivery of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements and concerns.

• Prepare accurate job cards and clearly communicate the work required.

• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify additional service requirements.

• Provide customers with accurate estimates, timelines, and updates.

• Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely completion of jobs.

• Explain repairs, replacements, and maintenance work to customers in a clear manner.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding vehicle status.

• Ensure customer approvals are obtained before carrying out additional work.

• Coordinate final vehicle inspection and ensure vehicles are delivered as promised.

• Explain completed work, billing, warranty, and maintenance requirements at the time of delivery.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards quick resolution.

• Maintain accurate records of job cards, estimates, approvals, and customer interactions.

• Achieve service centre targets related to customer satisfaction, labour sales, parts, and value-added services.

• Follow company and Royal Enfield service processes, SOPs, and safety standards.
