Job Purpose

To ensure the efficient maintenance and repair of generator sets (Gensets) for optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The Service Executive plays a critical role in managing service operations, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintenance and Repair: Plan and execute repair and maintenance of DG sets and engines

2. Customer Service: Provide timely and quality service to customer with a team of service engineers.

3. Documentation and Reporting: Documents service activities and present to manamement.

4. Compliance and Safety: Execute the jobs by complying to company processes and policies.

5. Training and Development: Build a strong and competent team so as to optimize operational expenses.

6. Coordination and Communication: with customer, Kirloskar and team.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Genset maintenance and repair team handling.

• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of mechanical and electrical issues of Genset systems.

• Soft Skills: Strong customer service skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team handling abilities.
