The Service Advisor will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the service center. You will manage service appointments, communicate with customers about repairs/maintenance, coordinate with technicians, and ensure a great customer experience while driving service revenue and retention.
Welcome customers and create service orders for TVS two-wheelers.
Understand customer complaints and relay accurate information to the workshop team.
Provide cost estimates, service timelines, and follow-up with customers.
Update customers on repair status and deliver vehicles after service.
Maintain communication via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
Ensure customer satisfaction and address post-service concerns.
Manage service documentation, invoices, and warranty claims.
Achieve service retention, upsell genuine parts/accessories where appropriate.
Maintain service records and reports.
Minimum 10+2 / Intermediate / Diploma (Any discipline)
Relevant vocational/automotive training is a plus
1–3+ years experience in customer service, preferably in automotive / two-wheeler service centers
Experience with TVS vehicle service processes or familiarity with two-wheelers is an advantage
Excellent communication (verbal & written) in English and Hindi
Good customer relationship management
Basic understanding of TVS two-wheeler mechanics and service procedures
Ability to interpret vehicle issues and communicate technical info simply
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Computer skills (MS Office / service software)
Professional, customer-friendly demeanor
