Job Title: Service Advisor – Four-Wheeler Automobile Workshop
Job Summary
A reputed four-wheeler auto mobile showroom is seeking a customer-oriented Service Advisor to act as a liaison between customers and the workshop team. The role focuses on understanding customer concerns, coordinating service and repairs, managing job cards, and ensuring timely vehicle delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service or repair requirements
Prepare job cards and service estimates based on customer inputs and technician feedback
Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely repairs
Keep customers informed about service status, additional work, and delivery timelines
Explain service work performed and billing details to customers
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Promote value-added services, service packages, and maintenance plans
Maintain service records, invoices, and warranty-related documents
Ensure adherence to workshop processes, quality standards, and safety norms
Educational Qualification
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
Automotive training or workshop exposure will be an added advantage
Skills & Competencies
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Basic understanding of four-wheeler servicing and repair processes
Ability to coordinate between customers and technical teams
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer knowledge (service software, billing systems, MS Excel)
Experience
1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in an automobile workshop preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered
