We are looking for a Builder - Vendor Refurb to manage workshop operations and ensure vehicles are inspected, repaired, and serviced efficiently. The role involves diagnosing vehicle issues, coordinating with technicians and vendors, maintaining service quality, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles, identify repair requirements, and ensure timely service completion.

• Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and other teams to resolve technical issues.

• Monitor repair quality and ensure vehicles meet company standards before delivery.

• Track spare parts, source required components, and coordinate with suppliers.

• Prepare repair estimates, service reports, and preventive maintenance plans.

• Ensure workshop tools and equipment are maintained properly.

• Follow health, safety, and operational guidelines.

• Resolve service-related concerns and keep stakeholders updated.

• Stay updated on vehicle servicing practices and industry developments.

Job Requirements

• 0–5 years of experience in an automobile workshop or service environment.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle repair, maintenance, and workshop operations.

• Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to explain technical issues clearly.

• Good communication and team-handling skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.
