ob Title: Service Advisor – Automotive
Location: New Town and Sankrail, Kolkata
Salary: ₹ 15000/- to 25000
Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers promptly and professionally, acting as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians.
• Listen to customer concerns, accurately document symptoms, and write clear repair orders.
• Perform vehicle walkarounds and recommend necessary routine maintenance or repairs.
• Provide accurate estimates for parts and labor; obtain customer authorization before work begins.
• Track vehicle progress throughout the day and provide proactive updates to customers.
• Explain completed repair work and charges clearly upon vehicle pickup.
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores by resolving customer concerns effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics and routine maintenance services.
• Proficiency with dealership management software is a plus.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
