The Service Manager will be responsible for managing the overall service operations at Asco Motors, ensuring customer satisfaction, smooth workshop functioning, and adherence to company standards. Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily workshop operations and service team activities.
Ensure timely servicing, vehicle delivery, and quality control of all jobs.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide effective resolutions.
Maintain service records, job cards, invoices, and workshop documentation.
Coordinate with technicians, mechanics, and service advisors for workflow.
Achieve monthly service targets, revenue goals, and customer satisfaction scores.
Monitor spare parts availability and coordinate with the parts department.
Conduct regular team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly service reports for management.
