We are seeking a skilled and reliable Domestic RO Service Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential water purification systems. This role is strictly focused on domestic RO units (under-sink, wall-mounted, and countertop models). You will be the face of our company, delivering high-quality technical service and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction in residential homes.
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning: Install new domestic RO water purifiers in residential properties, ensuring proper water line connections, drainage, and electrical setups.
Routine Maintenance: Conduct periodic servicing, including filter replacement (sediment, carbon, RO membrane, post-carbon), TDS tuning, and system sanitization.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose technical issues such as low water flow, unusual noises, constant drainage, electrical faults, and taste complaints, and repair or replace faulty parts on-site.
Water Quality Testing: Use a TDS meter and other testing kits to measure input and output water quality, ensuring the system meets safe drinking water standards.
Customer Demonstration: Educate clients on how to operate the RO system, understand indicator lights, and perform basic troubleshooting.
Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate stock of spare parts, filters, membranes, and tools in your service kit.
Service Documentation: Complete digital or physical service reports, collect payments where applicable, and update the customer database accurately.
