Job Summary
The Water Softener Technician is responsible for installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of water softener and water treatment systems at customer locations. The role ensures proper functioning of systems and high customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Install domestic and commercial water softener systems as per company standards.
· Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and regeneration of water softeners.
· Diagnose and repair technical issues related to water treatment systems.
· Replace faulty parts and ensure optimal system performance.
· Conduct site inspections and water testing before installation.
· Educate customers on proper usage and maintenance of water softeners.
· Maintain service reports, installation records, and customer details.
· Follow safety guidelines and company procedures during installations and services.
· Coordinate with the service team for daily schedules and service calls.
· Ensure timely completion of assigned service and installation tasks.
