We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented RO Purifier Technician to join our service team. If you have a technical mindset, hands-on experience with water purification systems, and a commitment to providing high-quality after-sales support, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary role will involve ensuring our customers have access to clean drinking water through expert technical support.

• Installation: Perform professional installation of new RO units at residential and commercial sites, ensuring proper plumbing connections and system calibration.

• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled filter replacements (Sediment, Carbon, RO Membrane) and sanitize systems to ensure peak performance.

• Repair & Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, such as pump failures, sensor issues, or low water flow, and provide efficient on-site solutions.

• After-Sales Service: Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in RO system installation and repair.

• Technical Skills: • Proficiency in handling plumbing tools and electrical components.

  • Deep understanding of RO, UV, and UF filtration technologies.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a polite demeanor when interacting with customers in their homes.

• Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a two-wheeler for daily service visits.

• Education: High School diploma or ITI certification in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing is preferred.
