Printer Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined candidates to join our team as Printer Technicians and Trainee Printer Technicians. The selected candidates will receive hands-on training in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of printers, copiers, scanners, and multifunction devices while working alongside experienced technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, servicing, and maintenance of printers, copiers, scanners, and multifunction devices.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

• Support senior technicians during customer visits and field service assignments.

• Install printer drivers and perform basic device configurations.

• Replace consumables and printer components such as cartridges, rollers, drums, and fusers.

• Maintain service tools, spare parts, and equipment properly.

• Learn technical processes through practical training and on-the-job assignments.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of computer hardware and electronics.

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer applications.

• Strong interest in troubleshooting and repairing technical equipment.

• Willingness to work in the field and learn new technologies.
