Pest Control Technician – Mumbai Branch

About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and responsible Pest Control Technicians to join our Operations team in Mumbai. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing professional pest management services to residential and commercial clients while maintaining high standards of safety, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out pest control and management services at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

• Conduct inspections to identify pest infestations and recommend appropriate treatment.

• Apply pesticides, chemicals, and other pest-control products safely and as per company guidelines.

• Handle equipment, chemicals, and pest-control tools properly.

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements during service operations.

• Maintain service reports, treatment records, and other required documentation.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned service calls and daily targets.

• Communicate professionally with customers and address basic service-related queries.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of equipment after every service.

• Report any operational issues, customer concerns, or safety incidents to the supervisor.

• Follow instructions from the Operations/Supervisory team and comply with company policies.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass.

• Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.

• Candidates with prior pest control/service experience will be preferred.

• Must have a valid two-wheeler driving licence.

• Own two-wheeler/bike is mandatory.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Physically fit and comfortable travelling to different service locations across Mumbai.

• Willingness to work in the field and handle different types of pest-control assignments.

• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined with a professional attitude.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

• PF & ESIC as per company policy and applicable rules.

• Travel Allowance (TA) / applicable field support.

• Bike maintenance/mobile allowance as per company policy.
