Required Junior Production Executive for our Company

Location: Kolkata, Chandi Chawk

Experience: Minimum 1+ year Experience in PCB assembly, Solar Street Lights assembly

Salary: 12k – 14 k Gross with PF and ESI + Yearly Bonus and Leave Pay

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Junior Executive – Production to support daily production activities of Solar Street Lights, Solar Charge Controllers, Solar LED bulbs etc. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in soldering and be comfortable working on the shop floor. This role involves assisting in assembly, ensuring quality standards, and supporting smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

              •            Perform hands-on soldering for electronic components and assemblies

              •            Perform day-to-day production activities as per production plans

              •            Ensure soldering quality meets company and industry standards

              •            Support testing, inspection, and rework activities when required

              •            Maintain proper handling and storage of tools, components, and materials

              •            Follow safety, quality, and production guidelines on the shop floor

              •            Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

              •            Proven hands-on experience in soldering

              •            Basic understanding of electronic components and assembly processes

              •            Ability to read and follow work instructions and drawings

              •            Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail

              •            Willingness to work in a production/manufacturing environment

Preferred Skills

              •            Experience in PCB assembly and rework

              •            Familiarity with basic testing tools and equipment

              •            Prior experience in a production or manufacturing setup

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift Timing: 10 am to 7pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 10am to 4pm, Sunday fixed off
