Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) – Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for carrying out day-to-day maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair work related to building services and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and civil maintenance work.
Attend daily maintenance complaints and breakdowns.
Perform preventive maintenance of equipment and building systems.
Check electrical panels, lights, switches, pumps, motors, and other equipment.
Carry out minor plumbing repairs, leakage checks, and fixture maintenance.
Assist in HVAC/AC maintenance and troubleshooting.
Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
Follow safety procedures and use PPE while working.
Coordinate with supervisors and external vendors when required.
Report major faults and maintenance issues to the Supervisor/Property Manager.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant trade preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in facility/building maintenance preferred.
Skills: Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and basic building maintenance.
