Job Title: Executive Virtual Assistant to Company Promoter

Position Type: Part-Time / Freelance (Remote)

Time Commitment: Approx. 2–3 hours/day (Flexible Hours)

About the Role

We are seeking a sharp, highly organized, and proactive Virtual Assistant to directly support our Company Promoter. If you are a quick thinker, possess high IQ/problem-solving skills, and excel at managing dynamic schedules and task follow-ups, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Calendar & Schedule Management: Keep track of daily, weekly, and monthly calendars; organize personal and professional commitments.

• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and book meetings, calls, and appointments across different time zones.

• Task Execution: Complete assigned operational, administrative, and research tasks accurately and on time.

• Agency Sourcing & Research: Search for, shortlist, and evaluate external agencies or service providers based on business needs.

• Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with internal team members, external clients, and agencies to ensure zero delays.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High IQ & Quick Learning: Ability to grasp instructions quickly, connect dots independently, and solve problems with minimal hand-holding.

• Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills for professional correspondence and agency outreach.

• Strong Organization: Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.

• Flexibility: Comfortable working flexible hours (around 2–3 hours daily) as needed.

• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets), Zoom/Teams, and communication tools (Slack/WhatsApp).

Work Hours & Compensation

• Hours: ~2 to 3 hours per day (Flexible schedule based on workload and daily priorities).

• Location: 100% Remote.

• Compensation: Competitive / Negotiable based on experience and capability.
