Equipment Maintenance

Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Carry out preventive maintenance activities as per the maintenance schedule.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and minimize operational downtime

Facility Maintenance

Maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and utility systems.
Ensure proper functioning of lighting, generators, pumps, compressors, and other facility equipment.
Monitor and maintain building infrastructure and workplace safety standards.

Troubleshooting & Repairs

Identify faults in equipment and machinery through systematic troubleshooting.
Repair or replace defective components, parts, and systems.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.

Safety & Compliance

Follow all safety regulations, SOPs, and company policies during maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Report unsafe conditions and recommend corrective measures.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
Update maintenance logs, checklists, and service reports.
Monitor spare parts inventory and raise requisitions when required.
