Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Maintenance:

·       Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for production equipment.

·       Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

2. Reliability and Efficiency:

·       Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.

·       Implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime.

3. Troubleshooting and Repair:

·       Quickly diagnose and repair equipment issues, minimizing production downtime.

·       Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment-related issues.

4. Project Management:

·       Support capital projects, including equipment upgrades and installations.

·       Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget control.

Requirements:

·       Education: Degree in Mechanical/Automation Engineering with basic electrical knowledge

·       Experience: 5-7 years in automotive manufacturing, with hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Skills:

·       Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

·       Experience with PLC, HMI, and automation systems   

·       Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
