Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth operation and upkeep of plant machinery and equipment. The role involves preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, and supporting production teams to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults

• Maintain records of maintenance activities and breakdowns

• Ensure proper functioning of motors, panels, sensors, compressors, etc.

• Support installation and commissioning of new machines

• Follow safety standards and maintenance SOPs

• Coordinate with production team for timely maintenance

• Identify and report recurring issues and improvement areas

Requirements & Skills:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics

• Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance

• Knowledge of electrical panels, wiring, motors, and basic PLC (preferred)

• Ability to handle emergency breakdowns

• Good understanding of safety practices

• Willingness to work in shifts

Preferred Industry:

Manufacturing / Industrial Plant / Factory Maintenance
