We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Phoebus Polymers Llp to repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment like heavy machinery, INJECTION MOULDING, CAP COMPRESSION MOULDING, CHILLER, AIR COPRESSOR, MOTORS DRIVE, PLC, ETC.... The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Repair or replace faulty equipment and assemble necessary components.
Read repairing guides and coordinate with other experts.
Write reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans.
Source parts, negotiate with suppliers, and provide cost estimates before starting work.
Stay updated on industry advancements and attend workshops.
Coordinate tasks efficiently to ensure quality results.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is ITI/ Diploma and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
