Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of production machinery, utility equipment, and plant infrastructure. The role involves leading maintenance activities, minimizing equipment downtime, ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are followed, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maximize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and utility equipment.

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians and allocate daily maintenance activities.

• Ensure smooth functioning of egg grading machines, conveyors, packaging machines, refrigeration systems, compressors, electrical panels, pumps, motors, and other plant equipment.

• Monitor machine performance and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to improve equipment reliability.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

• Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and daily maintenance reports.

• Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate timely procurement of critical components.

• Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new machinery and equipment.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP, SOPs, and food safety guidelines.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and energy efficiency. • Train and mentor maintenance technicians on best maintenance practices and safety procedures.

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory maintenance requirements.
