1. Stock Monitoring & Coordination 1.1. Monitor physical stock of raw and packing materials regularly 1.2. Ensure material readiness at least 30 minutes before scheduled production. 1.3. Coordinate material movement between the godown and production floor to ensure timely availability. 2. Material Inward & Outward Handling
2.1. Ensure all inward and outward materials are verified at the gate along with security, matching invoices and purchase orders. 2.2. Maintain proper timelines for incoming and outgoing goods. 3. Documentation & ERP 3.1. Maintain accurate documentation for issuance of materials to production and ensure entries are updated in ERP in real time.
3.2. Ensure entries are recorded in ERP accurately and in real time.
3.3. Process GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) and ensure original invoices are submitted to the Accounts Department within 2 days. 4. Shortage Prevention & Communication 4.1. Monitor loading and unloading activities to avoid shortages and losses.
4.2. Inform the HOD of any stock shortages and request new orders accordingly. 4.3. Keep daily documentation updated and communicate all movements clearly with superiors. 5. Vendor & Local Purchase Coordination 5.1. Coordinate with procurement or engage in local purchase activities when urgently required.
