Machine shop Maintenance technician

We have immediate requirement of team members - 10 Mechanical & 10 Nos. Electrical - as per below skill set at Phaltan.

Required ITI/ Diploma Mechanical & Electrical/ BE Electrical/ Mechanical

Job Summary & Responsibilities :-

• Effective involvement in daily maintenance activity for machine shop including planned & Unplanned maintenance.

• Support to achieve Zero Quality defects at machine shop by maintaining the equipments to it's basic condition.

• Achieve Zero Safety Incidences in shop by adhering to maintenance activities.

• Maintain 5S & Improve Housekeeping standards.

• Support for preventive Maintenance of CNC, SPM, Washing, Gantry, Robot systems, Material handling systems etc

•Ensure to update shop breakdown for history & analysis.

• Maintain & Improve Housekeeping standards.

• Knowledge of the CNC machine, SPM , Electrical system / assembly & test cell equipment.

• Maintain the discipline of the work force.

• Adhere to LOTO, work permits & Cummins Safety practices at shop floor while doing any repairing or maintenance activity.

Reqd. Skills / Competencies :-

• Should have hands on experience on break down& trouble shooting on variety of CNC machines. Added advantage for candidates who are having hands on experience on FANUC, REXROTH control, Siemens Control, MAZAK , MAG, GROB machines etc

• Sound have knowledge of PLC \ HMI programming & troubleshooting.

• Familiar with CNC machine architecture, PLC programming, SCADA, Electrical logic, VFD etc.

• Familiar with machine back-up , upload , down load . Also in-depth knowledge of machine working sequence.

• Knowledge of Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Fanuc based CNC machine.

• Added advantage for having Hands on experience on KUKA , ABB Robot trouble shooting & robot programming etc.

• Sound knowledge on Mechanical systems & able to read mechanical drawings etc.

Job Location : Phaltan satara.

Experence : Minimum 2 years to Max 5 years

Salary : 22 k to 34k
