PLC Engineer – Automation & Control

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced PLC Engineers – Automation & Control to manage and maintain PLC-controlled machines and industrial automation systems in a manufacturing environment.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in PLC troubleshooting, programming, machine breakdown maintenance, VFDs, HMIs, sensors and industrial electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems including Siemens, Allen Bradley, Panasonic and Mitsubishi

• Diagnose and resolve automation-related machine breakdowns

• Modify PLC logic and control parameters for process improvements

• Troubleshoot and integrate VFDs, HMIs, sensors and field devices

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of automation systems and electrical panels

• Identify recurring machine/automation issues and improve machine uptime

• Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams for quick machine restoration

• Maintain PLC backups, parameter-change records and maintenance documentation

• Follow all electrical safety and operational standards

Eligibility

• Diploma in Electrical / BE (EEE) / B.Tech (Electrical)

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in PLC-based machine maintenance

• Manufacturing/automotive industry experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and fault diagnosis

• Hands-on experience with PLC, VFD, HMI, sensors and industrial automation

• Knowledge of electrical drawings and control circuits

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
