Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities

1. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting
   Oversee maintenance of machinery such as Sewing Machines, CNC Machines, Pumps, Compressors, Conveyors, Fusing Machines, and Auto Leather Cutting Machines.

2. Planning & Scheduling
   Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance plans.

3. Team Supervision
   Lead and manage a team of technicians, fitters, and operators to ensure smooth operations.

4. Documentation & Reporting
   Maintain accurate maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and service records.

5. Installation & Commissioning
   Supervise installation and commissioning of new machinery.

6. Safety & Compliance
   ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and regulations.

7. Cost Control & Inventory Management
   Monitor maintenance costs and optimize the use of spare parts and inventory.

8. Continuous Improvement
   Implement maintenance strategies such as TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) to improve efficiency.

9. Technical Skills
   Possess strong knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial machinery, and troubleshooting techniques.

10. Industry
    Manufacturing sector, preferably Garments & Leather Export House.

Ø Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

• 5–10+ years of relevant maintenance experience (depending on role level)
