We are looking for a Field Technician Supervisor with 3–5 years of experience. The candidate should be able to manage field teams, conduct meetings, and resolve customer issues. Salary will be determined based on experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor field technician activities across the Kerala region.
Ensure machine uptime by coordinating with technicians to attend breakdown calls promptly.
Schedule technicians for Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities on field-running machines on a monthly basis.
Assign technicians to complete Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) at the warehouse.
Manage spare parts inventory at the Service Centre and maintain stock levels as per Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
Take overall responsibility for service centre operations.
Ensure timely submission of service centre reports (Daily, Monthly, GTM).
Groom and train technicians to enhance skill development.
Ensure all machines are dispatched to the market only after successful PDI.
Prepare and send the daily attendance sheet by 10 AM.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth operations.
Personally visit customer locations and meet clients to handle escalations.
Ensure timely machine movement for installation, demos, and pullouts by arranging transport and technicians.
Respond to escalations promptly and provide updates via email.
Account for expenses accurately and on time.
Coordinate with higher management regularly to update daily activities across the region.
