Job Description – Fire Extinguisher Service Technician

Job Summary

Responsible for the inspection, servicing, refilling, testing, installation, and maintenance of fire extinguishers while ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivering quality service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Inspect, service, and refill fire extinguishers.

· Conduct testing and preventive maintenance.

· Install and commission fire extinguishers at customer sites.

· Maintain service records and inspection reports.

· Ensure compliance with fire safety standards and company procedures.

· Identify repair or replacement requirements.

· Coordinate with customers for scheduled service visits.

Qualifications

· ITI / Diploma or equivalent.

· 1–3 years of experience in fire extinguisher servicing preferred.

Skills

· Knowledge of fire extinguisher servicing and testing.

· Basic technical troubleshooting.

· Good communication and documentation skills.

· Willingness to travel for field service.

કાર્યનો સાર

ફાયર એક્સ્ટિંગ્યુઇશરની તપાસ, સર્વિસિંગ, રિફિલિંગ, ટેસ્ટિંગ, ઇન્સ્ટોલેશન અને મેન્ટેનન્સની કામગીરી કરવી તેમજ ફાયર સેફ્ટી ધોરણોનું પાલન સુનિશ્ચિત કરવું.

મુખ્ય જવાબદારીઓ

· ફાયર એક્સ્ટિંગ્યુઇશરની તપાસ, સર્વિસિંગ અને રિફિલિંગ કરવું.

· નિયમિત ટેસ્ટિંગ અને પ્રિવેન્ટિવ મેન્ટેનન્સ કરવું.

· ગ્રાહકના સ્થળે ફાયર એક્સ્ટિંગ્યુઇશર ઇન્સ્ટોલ કરવું.

· સર્વિસ રિપોર્ટ અને મેન્ટેનન્સનો રેકોર્ડ જાળવવો.

· સલામતીના નિયમો અને કંપનીની પ્રક્રિયાનું પાલન કરવું.

· જરૂરી રિપેર અથવા રિપ્લેસમેન્ટ અંગે જાણ કરવી.

લાયકાત

· ITI / ડિપ્લોમા અથવા સમકક્ષ લાયકાત.

· ફાયર એક્સ્ટિંગ્યુઇશર સર્વિસિંગનો અનુભવ ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારને પ્રાધાન્ય આપવામાં આવશે.

જરૂરી કુશળતા

· ફાયર એક્સ્ટિંગ્યુઇશર સર્વિસિંગ અને ટેસ્ટિંગનું જ્ઞાન.

· ટેક્નિકલ સમસ્યાઓ ઉકેલવાની ક્ષમતા.

· સારી વાતચીત અને રિપોર્ટ તૈયાર કરવાની કુશળતા.

· ફિલ્ડમાં કામ કરવા અને મુસાફરી કરવાની તૈયારી.
