ITI टेक्नीशियन

Reputed automobile, tyre and manufacturing companies are hiring apprentices across their Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar plants. Training is provided in production, assembly, machine operation, maintenance and quality processes. Positions for female candidates are available at selected plants.

Open positions

• Production – Machine Operator. Operate and monitor production and assembly machines, carry out basic setup and troubleshooting under supervision, follow SOPs and safety guidelines, support preventive maintenance and meet production targets.

• QA Trainee -Check and record product quality against set standards, report deviations, and maintain quality documentation on the shop floor.

Monthly stipend by qualification

• 10th / 12th Pass — Rs. 15,500

• ITI (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Machinist Grinder, Electrician, MMV and other trades) — Rs. 16,000 to Rs. 21,000 ( depends on Experience)

• Diploma 18k onwards ( depends on Experience)

• B.Sc / B.E. / Any Graduate — Rs. 17,347 to Rs. 19,500

• Annual stipend increment as per Government apprenticeship norms.

Facilities

• Bus facility (free at selected plants, nominal monthly charge at others)

• Canteen with tea, breakfast and lunch (free at selected plants)

• Attendance bonus and shift allowance as per company policy

Eligibility and documents

• 10th / 12th Pass, ITI, Diploma or Degree in a technical stream

• Basic technical knowledge of the trade and understanding of industrial safety

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts in a manufacturing environment

• Carry to the interview: all original educational certificates with photocopies, Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport-size photographs and an updated resume
