Job Description – Auger Operator

Position: Auger Operator
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Education: ITI / Diploma – Mandatory
Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and assist in handling auger machines as per production requirements.

• Follow machine operating procedures and safety guidelines.

• Monitor machine operation and ensure smooth functioning.

• Perform basic machine checks and identify any abnormality during operation.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping around the machine.

• Follow production schedules and meet daily production targets.

• Coordinate with the supervisor and maintenance team for machine-related issues.

• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety standards.

• Maintain basic production and machine-related records.

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Eligibility

• ITI or Diploma qualification is mandatory.

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Basic knowledge of machines and mechanical operations will be an advantage.

• Good communication and learning ability.

• Willingness to work in shifts.
