Job Title: Technical Service Technician – LED Panel Installation

Job Description:

We are looking for a technically skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Service Technician. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and basic maintenance of LED panels (Smart TVs used in classrooms). This includes hardware setup, software installation, troubleshooting, and providing on-site or remote technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

•Install and set up LED panels/Smart TVs in educational institutions or client locations.

Connect and configure basic hardware and software components.

•Provide technical support for hardware issues, connectivity, and basic software troubleshooting.

•Ensure systems are functioning properly after installation.

•Maintain documentation of installation processes and service activities.

•Communicate effectively with clients and team members for smooth project execution.

Requirements:

•Education: ITI or Polytechnic diploma (preferred in electronics, electrical, or computer engineering).

•Experience: 0–2 years in a technical or installation role (freshers welcome with relevant knowledge).

Technical Skills:

•Basic knowledge of hardware components and connections.

•Familiarity with Smart TVs or LED display panels.

•Understanding of software installation and configuration.

•Ability to use basic tools for mounting and installation.
