ITI Technician

Haritha Technologies is looking for enthusiastic Field Technicians to install, service, and maintain biometric attendance systems, access control systems, boom barriers, gate automation systems, turnstiles, flap barriers, and related security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Installation and commissioning of biometric attendance and access control systems.

Installation and maintenance of boom barriers, automatic sliding gates, swing gates, and gate automation systems.

Troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.

Conduct preventive maintenance and service visits at customer locations.

Configure biometric devices, RFID readers, face recognition systems, and attendance software.

Coordinate with customers and provide technical support.

Submit service reports and installation documentation.

Travel to customer sites across Hyderabad, and other locations as required.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and networking.

Ability to use hand tools and electrical tools.

Willingness to travel extensively for field work.

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience in biometric attendance systems.

Knowledge of access control systems and CCTV.

Experience with boom barriers, turnstiles, flap barriers, and automatic gates.

Basic computer and software troubleshooting knowledge.
