JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals eager to learn about fridge door gaskets and contribute to our repair and maintenance services. The Junior Technician will support the Lead Technician in diagnosing, repairing, and replacing fridge door gaskets, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Repairs: Assist in the inspection, removal, and installation of fridge door gaskets under the supervision of a Lead Technician.

• Learn Techniques: Participate in training sessions to develop skills in gasket repair and installation.

• Tool Management: Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition; ensure all tools are accounted for after each job.

• Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients and address their concerns.

• Inventory Management: Help track and manage inventory of gasket materials and supplies.

• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.

• Documentation: Assist in documenting repair processes and maintaining records of work performed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma in Mechanical

• 0–2 years of experience in a technical or maintenance role (preferred)

• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, hand tools, equipment, and troubleshooting

• Willingness to learn fridge door gasket repair and related tasks

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team or independently

• Hindi speaking is mandatory for communication during site work and with customers

• Only candidates who can speak and understand Hindi should apply

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Willingness to work in residential and commercial environments

• Comfortable with bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods
