Job Description – Field Technician
Company: Café Coffee Day
Position: Field Technician
Location: Gurugram – DLF
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Employment Type: Full Time
Eligibility
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Technician-related trade.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic equipment and troubleshooting.
Bike is mandatory.
Valid driving licence preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Installation, servicing, repair, and maintenance of Café Coffee Day machines.
Identify and troubleshoot technical faults at customer locations.
Replace defective parts and ensure proper machine functioning.
Conduct regular maintenance and servicing.
Maintain service reports and update work status.
Travel to different customer/outlet locations as required.
Follow company safety and service standards.
Skills Required
Basic technical and troubleshooting knowledge.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to travel within Gurugram and nearby areas.
Responsible and customer-service oriented.
Candidate Requirement
ITI / Diploma candidates with Electrical or Technician-related qualifications are preferred.
Two-wheeler/Bike is mandatory for field work.
