Job Title: Broadband Technician (Fiber Network)

We are looking for an experienced Broadband Technician with hands-on expertise in Fiber Optic (FTTH) network installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality broadband services while ensuring customer satisfaction and minimal network downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain FTTH broadband connections.

• Perform fiber splicing, termination, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Diagnose and resolve internet connectivity and network issues.

• Install and configure ONTs, routers, and other networking equipment.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure optimal network performance.

• Coordinate with the technical support team to resolve customer complaints.

• Maintain installation reports and service records.

• Follow company safety standards and installation procedures.

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years of experience in Fiber Optic/FTTH broadband installation and maintenance.

• Good knowledge of fiber splicing, OTDR testing, and power meter usage.

• Familiarity with routers, Wi-Fi configuration, and networking basics.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to travel to customer locations and work in the field.

• Valid driving license is an added advantage.
