Full Time
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day HVAC and mechanical maintenance activities.
Monitor the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems such as AHU, FCU, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, and Ventilation systems.
Supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
Ensure proper functioning of HVAC and mechanical systems as per operational requirements.
Plan and allocate daily work to technicians and maintenance staff.
Monitor contractors and ensure work is completed safely and within the required timeline.
Identify equipment faults and coordinate troubleshooting and repair activities.
Maintain daily maintenance records, checklists, logbooks, and equipment reports.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site safety standards.
Coordinate with other departments for maintenance requirements and shutdown activities.
Monitor spare parts, tools, and consumables required for maintenance activities.
Support energy-saving initiatives and improve equipment efficiency.
Ensure housekeeping and proper maintenance of plant rooms and equipment areas.
Prepare maintenance reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
