Site Inspector — Home Handover Experts (HHE)

Role: Full-time, field-based Location: Hyderabad Reports to: Operations Lead

About the role You’ll conduct pre-handover snagging inspections at residential sites — apartments, villas, and independent houses — documenting defects across civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work before clients take possession.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections (3–4 hrs/site) covering flooring, walls, electrical points, plumbing, doors/windows, and fittings

• Photograph and log defects by category and severity using the HHE inspection app

• Deliver same-day defect reports to clients

• Explain findings clearly to clients on-site when needed

• Flag safety-critical issues (electrical faults, structural cracks, leaks) immediately

• Conduct re-inspections after builder rectification

Requirements

• Diploma/degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or equivalent field experience

• 1–3 years in construction, site supervision, or QC/QA

• Sharp eye for defects — tiling, plastering, alignment, finishing quality

• Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems

• Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet app for reporting

• Own two-wheeler for site travel

• Good communication in Telugu/Hindi/English
