Position: Hair Stylist

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of hands-on salon experience

About the Role : We are looking for a passionate and talented Hair Stylist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough client hair consultations to understand their requirements and recommend suitable cuts, colors, or treatments.

Perform precision and creative hair cutting for various hair types and lengths. Execute advanced hair coloring techniques (global color, root touch-ups, highlights, balayage, etc.) with proper chemical safety and precision.

Administer professional hair treatments (keratin, hair spa, smoothing, cysteine, and repair treatments).

Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation following salon hygiene standards.

Educate clients on proper home-care routines and recommend appropriate retail products.

Requirements & Skills Minimum 1 year of proven experience working in a professional salon environment.

Strong hands-on expertise in hair cuts, coloring chemistry, and chemical treatments.

Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service and communication skills.

Punctual, eager to learn, and able to work well within a team.
